The mobility of the project“Containing Double” took place in Sibiu, Romania. The mobility  took place between 11-20 May 2022.

The aim of the project is to equip young workers with knowledge, skills and attitudes on how to approach mental health issues and strengthen the mental health of young people. 36 youth workers from Romania, Turkey, Northern Macedonia, Serbia and Greece are participated in this project.

The secondary objectives of the project were:

- initiatializing during the 10 days of the course of the 36 youth workers from the participating countries in using the methods created to strengthen the mental health of young people.

- capitalizing on successful practices in working with young people with mental health problems.

- improving interaction and relationship skills with young people with mental health problems.
